A full flavored Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc with flavors of flint and citrus. Crisp, bright and vibrant and an amazing value at



Ravines Dry Riesling 2018


From the Finger Lakes, this wine opens with aromas of apple, pear, nectarine, a little lime and a little flinty minerality. It has great depth of flavor and a good aging wine.  The fact that this is a few years old enhances its appeal.

Joel Gott Sauvignon Blanc  2021


This fruity, sunny, exuberant wine is medium in weight and bursting with flavors of lime, golden apple and fresh thyme. Ripe and crisp,it's another example of a great value wine

Rain Sauvignon Blanc 2021


From New Zealand.  One of the first Sauvignon Blancs from Marlborough. Tropical fruit and herbal aromas, passionfruit and gooseberry on the palate. Extended lees contact adds depth, texture and balance to the palate. The finish is long and invigorating.



Hiedler Gruner-Veltliner 2020


From the most widely planted white grape in Austria, Grüner Veltliner is a dry white wine. With flavors of green pepper and lime, Grüner Veltliner is an exotic alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe notes of fresh green and yellow pear and melon make for a most friendly, appetizing nose. The light palate is fresh, the finish is dry and suave.

Ciringa Breg Fosilni Breg

Sauvignon Blanc 2019


From Slovenia, a country which excels in the quality of their white wines.  The Ciringa is mineraly and finely etched - it's like drinking crystals.  On the nose there is delicate grapefruit and wet stone notes.  The acidity is lively and there are hints of orange peel and citrus on the finish. One of my favorite whites this summer.

American West Coast

Seaglass Sauvignon Blanc 2019
A classic Santa Barbara County Sauvignon Blanc with exhilarating aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit and fresh cut grass. Clean and crisp with gooseberry, tangerine and a touch of minerality. Zingy acidity and a lightly tart finish.

Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc Viognier Blend 2020

A  vivid and tangy medium bodied  with  rich, ripe and round characteristics that broaden the flavors and lead to a lingering finish. It shows an abundance of ripe pear, apple and citrus flavors that really wake up the taste buds. A great match for Thanksgiving dinner.


Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc Viognier Blend 2020_edited.png

Big Salt

Roughly half and half Riesling and Gewürztraminer with small amounts of Muscat and other grapes. What's unique is the smorgasbord of AVAs, including grapes from Columbia Gorge, Elkton, Rogue Valley, Illinois Valley and Willamette Valley. Fleshy and nicely textured, floral orange aromas lead into a saline wine with a mix of cucumber, apple and green melon flavors.  91 Pts Wine Spectator

Zuzal Voskehat Vayots Dzor 2019
With aromas of nectarine and flint, this wine made with an indigenous Armenian variety has flavors of Bartlett pear, peach and lemon curd. It is bright in the mouth and offers a savory dried herb finish.

Aigner Ried Weizierlberg Riesling Trocken 2018

A lovely, aromatic dry Riesling from Austria with flowers and honeysuckle on the nose and herbal notes of lemongrass and verbena on the palate. Light and crisp with good flavor intensity and freshness. Pair with charred fish, Asian food, or sauces, and goat and sheep milk cheeses.



Fuhrgassl Huber Wiener Gemischter Satz 2020

A mixed bag of white wine varieties combining floral aromatics, spice, and delicious fruit flavors of the blend. Slightly smoky on the nose, with golden apple on the palate; truly a Viennese classic.

Sustainably grown.



Aichenberg Gruner Veltliner 2020

Peppery aromas supported by delicious apricot, lemon and apple flavors mark this Gruner Veltliner. A well balanced wine with defined varietal character that ends with a mineral note under the fruit-driven body.

Blanville Elixir d'Amour Chardonnay 2019

A delightful, terroir-driven Southern French Chardonnay that exudes robust flavors of baked apples & pear, alongside white flowers & earth. The blend contains  10% Roussanne. Organic & biodynamic.


Berthier Coteaux Du Glennois Sauvignon Blanc 2018​

This is a bright wine from the Loire Valley, full of crisp apple and citrus flavors. With its light texture, slightly yeasty character, herbal edge and final freshness, it is quite an attractive wine.​



Comtesse Marion Chardonnay 2019 

A fresh and subtle Chardonnay from the Languedoc Region with white fruit notes and a creamy texture. Elegance at a value.


Domaine Beausejour Silex 2017

Perfect Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley; tropical aromas and flavors of lemon curd and passionfruit. Supple, vibrant, medium-to-full-bodied white with a great balance of fruit and mineralogy.  One of our favorite whites!  Fish, fish, fish!


Domaine Gonnet Chignon 2018

From the Savoie region in the foothills of the French Alps, made from the Jacquère grape .Bracing minerality, stone fruit, hint of citrus, and a mouthwatering acidity that lends a crackling sense of liveliness to the palate. Perfect alongside fish, and would make a great pair with any number of cheeses. 


Domaine Pajot Cote-de-Gascogne 2019

One of our go-to whites for summer with a lovely lemony, floral lilt and powdery, perfumed nose. It's a blend of the Colombard grape withUgni Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. Bright fruit with clean and crisp flavors of orchard fruits and white nectarine. It's clean and fresh with a zippy finish. An incredible value.


Les Carisannes Sauvignon Blanc 2018

A Loire Valley classic showing aromas and flavors of citrus, fresh herbs, and minerals. It is lighter in weight and texture than Sancerre but has a similar character and could be called a baby Sancerre.   An incredible value.  


Font-Mars Picpoul de Pinet 2019

This wine is crisp and bright, with with subtle floral and mineral notes on the finish. Bracing acidity backs up this lively wine from the Languedoc Roussillon which takes its name from the grape. Great with oysters or any type of fish. And a wonderful summer aperitif.  


Thierry Delauney  Sauvignon Touraine 2019

A velvety Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley with crisp citrus notes rounded by a creamy center and herbal accents. Lots of mineral flavors in this very expres-sive wine. Beautiful with fish, chicken either grilled, roasted or with a cream sauce.



Michel Barraud Macon Village 2019

A bright and mineral wine that sees minimal intervention to achieve its clarity and brilliance. Aromas of quince and citrus fruits provide depth along with classic Macon flavors of green apple and pear. One of our best selling wines.  Extremely versatile.  


Willm Gewurztraminer 2020

Fleshy peach and ripe, juicy pear on the nose get a dose of freshness from the suggestion of a spritz on the palate of this wine.  It is slightly off-dry with a fresh and fruity palate.

Domaine de la Grange Chardonnay

From the Loire Valley, this unoaked Chardonnay offers beautiful restrained fruit and bright acidity and exhibits a harmonious, fruity and floral nose. Smooth, crisp and slightly buttery on the palate, this wine is easy to drink for all occasions. Serve as an aperitif or with salad, fish, pork, or cheese.

Max Ferdinand Richter Riesling Classic 2017

This is a dry Riesling by a master Riesling producer.  It has a fresh and light aroma with a taste of citrus, melons and grass (divine!).  Great acidity to balance the very slight touch of sweetness.  A mineral finish.  I love Riesling with spicy dishes and barbecue.



Borell Diehl Muller-Thurgau Trocken 2019

Dry, crisp and tart with loads of green apple, some mild acidity, and a lot of earthy mineral. Pairs well with Chinese food, Thai take out, and pizza - anything spicy.  An amazing value from an off the beaten track grape. Comes in a liter sized bottle.  Only 12.5% alcohol.  Certified Vegan.  




Chateau Julia Assyrtiko 2019

From Macedonia, Greece, a really terrific summer wine. It's dry and crisp with brisk acidity, citrus fruits with a slightly honeyed (but it's not sweet) undertone. Enjoy as an aperitif or with fish, calamari or vegetarian dishes.

Ariddu Grillo 2019​

Grillo, a cool white grape from Sicily, produces this crisp and savory, mineral-driven, wine with an exuberant burst of stone fruit and citrus notes on the long, polished finish. Enjoy with grilled fish, tempura, pasta, and ripe cheeses. 


Attems Pinot Grigio 2019

The Attems Pinot Grigio is a tribute to Italy's Friuli region and faithfully reflects the terroir from which it comes.  Starting out with an impressively fruity bouquet, it is savory, tangy and vibrant with superb weight, texture and minerality.​



Inama  Soave Classico 2019

Crisp and savory, this refreshing white has lovely aromas of white stone fruit and wild flowers. The tangy palate doles out ripe pear, apple and citrus before a white-almond finish. A versatile wine that  goes with everything. 



Ronco dei Pini Sauvignon 2019

Bright yellow in color this Sauvignon Blanc from the Friuli-Venezia-Giulia region is striking for its elegant bouquet, characterized by herbal notes and a hint of pepper.  The wine is dry and delicate with nicely balanced acidity. 



Cantina del Taburno Falanghina del Sannio 2019

Crisp acidity enlivens flavors of Honeycrisp apple and blanched almond zest in this balanced, light- to medium-bodied white, with a touch of pink grapefruit. Juicy plumpness ending with a snap of chalky mineral on the finish. 90 Pts. Wine Spectator.  One of our favorites. $14.99


Rouviano Verdicchio Classico  2019

This white has a fresh, zesty nose with apricot and orchard fruit aromas, and a hint of white flower and citrus. The palate has minerality and texture with ripe stone fruit and grapefruit characters, refreshing lemon citrus acidity, a touch of salinity, and a crisp finish.  



La Carraia Orvieto Classico 2019

Bright and crisp with citrus, peach and minerals.  A perfect aperitivo.



Pala i Fiori Vermentino di Sardegna 2020

This offers aromas of citrus blossom, Mediterranean scrub and yellow stone fruit. On the crisp palate, vibrant acidity accompanies pineapple, banana and apricot.

Arnoldo-Caprai Grecante 2018

From Umbria from the Grechetto grape. A floral and delicious grechetto that displays honeysuckle, jasmine and pears. Medium body, medium acidity, a nicely textured finish.

New Zealand

Lobster Reef Sauvignon Blanc 2019​

From Marlborough, New Zealand, a balanced and refreshing wine which boasts ripe pineapple, melon, guava and fresh green-leaf flavors accompanied by flinty acidity, a slightly creamy texture and long, tingly finish. 



Huia Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc 2020

There's a slight green edge to the nose of – something along the lines of chili pepper, mint and lime zest – plus hints of tropical fruit and pink grapefruit. Concentrated and flavorful, this medium-bodied effort is gently silky in texture, with terrific length on the mouthwatering, citrusy finish. Probably the best vintage wine I've tasted since I began reviewing New Zealand wines.

Quinta De Chocapalha Arinto 2018​

A fragrant light bodied wine from Portugal from the Arinto grape. Delicious fruit and good acidity. The wine is lively, perfumed and crisply textured.  Think shellfish or white fish. 




Naipes Mus 2018​

Organic and biodynamic. Garnacha Blanca grown at high altitude in limestone soils in the Navarra region.  Aromatic, minerally and good acicity. ​


Ermita San Felices Rioja Blanco 2018

A tasty, fresh and crisp white with bright acidity and a clean finish.  Organically grown grapes.  Great with seafood and a perfect aperitif.



Basa Rueda 2019

A blend of Verdejo and Viura from Spain.  Really juicy and mouth filling with great texture.  Floral and herbaceous on the nose with flavors of citrus and pear.  Hard to put down.



Benito Santos Albarino 2020 

A very tasty and racy Spanish white with a slight saline edge that brings precision and focus to the fruit. It's alive and vibrant, slightly floral with a lively citrus tinge. Think oysters and clams on the half shell.  Organically grown grapes.
