REDS

1. Domaine Boisson Cote-du-Rhone 2016

A very good value.  It has character and layers of flavor going more in the direction of minerality.  It's best with beef or lamb or hearty casseroles.

$14.99.

2. Sella & Mosca Cannonau  2018

A terrific wine from Sardinia and a perpetual favorite. Made from Grenache. Warm and intense with a complex bouquet of violet, rose, cherry and currant with elegant nuances of spice. Full, robust, warm and generous with a persistent, silky finish.

$16.99.

3. Confidencial Reserve Tinto 2016

This aromatic Portuguese blend of at least 10 different varieties is both juicy and rich. Fine tannins steal through the black fruits to give both a rich structure and density. The wine with its bright acidity at the end is ready to drink. 90 Points Wine Enthusiast.

$12.99.

4. Casa Santos Lima Portuguese Red Blend 2018

5. Alhambra Malbec 2019

A single vineyard Malbec that is hand harvested and elegant with red fruits, a hint of cocoa and great acidity.

$14.99.

6. Gravel Bar Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

From Washington State, taking its name from the Graves region of Bordeaux known for its prime soil for the growing Cabernet Sauvignon.  Black cherry, black olive, and chocolate mingle with vanilla, cedar, and toasted hazelnut. The finish is long-lasting, with a rush of flavors and elegant tannins embracing the palate. Not quite as fruit forward as similarly priced California Cabernets.

$14.99

7. La Carraia Sangiovese 2019

A fruity, fine tannined red with cherry, light chocolate and vanilla aromas and flavors.  Medium bodied with a creamy textured finish.  A real deal.

$11.99.

8. Poppy Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

A great value from Paso Robles, this wine over delivers for the price. It is full flavored but with a sleek, lean body.  Lots of great fruit but done deftly so that it's not just another fruity Cali cab where many fall at this price range.

$15.99.
